Information Exchange and Networking Meeting Between Tokyo Unique Venues and their Facilities
SMALL WORLDS TOKYO
On March 16th, 2023, Tokyo Unique Venues held an information exchange and networking meeting with Tokyo Unique Venue facilities in the Ariake Area at SMALL WORLDS TOKYO, the world's largest indoor miniatures theme park.
The event was held in a hybrid format with both in-person participation and online elements delivered via ZOOM. The event was supported in full by SMALL WORLDS TOKYO's team of professional staff in lighting, sound, video, and broadcasting. During speaker presentations, a large screen on the stage was used to present slides to the in-person audience, and a live recording of the presentations, slides, speakers, and audience was broadcast to the online audience so they, too, could get the feel of a live event.
The program began with a presentation from Tokyo Unique Venues on what they offer, as well as recent trends in event requests and the latest updates. Next, there were introductions of events held at Unique Venue facilities from a representative of the Tokyo Metropolitan facility, Sea Forest Waterway, and the director of SMALL WORLDS TOKYO, a privately owned facility. These acted as case studies for the strengths of these venues, points for improvement, and future prospects.
During the opinion exchange session, representatives from each venue discussed measures to deal with these challenges and how to promote the use of Unique Venues going forward, making for an extremely fruitful networking session.
