EVENT HISTORY

　"Unlearning the Visuals," an exhibition commemorating the 25th anniversary of the establishment of the visual design studio WOW, was held in hall E of the Warehouse TERRADA in Tennozu from October 15 to 30, 2022. During this period, a one-day LIVE music and visual experience event was put on for invited guests at the Warehouse TERRADA's T-LOTUS M, a shipdeck space constructed under the supervision of famous architect Kengo Kuma.

The event was titled "sonus-oleum" and was a live installation work that allowed visitors to experience different forms of art in the basement, on the first floor, and on the venue's rooftop. With the concept "the music generates the energy that moves the ship," the music of the ship was expressed in three different states. In the basement, artists gave live performances, on the first floor, the music appeared as digital images, which changed as visitors touched them, and on the roof, the music was visualized as the wind moving the ship, represented with high-tech projection mapping technology.

　

　By making full use of this boat floating on the canal, skilled next-generation creators with significant expressive ability made this memorable event of great affinity．
