EVENT HISTORY

　On Thursday, November 20, 2025, the Tokyo Unique Venues Networking event was held at Tokyo JOYPOLIS, bringing together the Unique Venues Support Desk and representatives from a wide range of unique venue facilities. Located in Odaiba, Tokyo JOYPOLIS is one of Japan's largest indoor theme parks and features more than 20 distinctive attractions, including the popular "Geki-on Live Coaster."

　Approximately 35 participants attended the event. The third-floor multi-stage area was reserved exclusively for the group and initially arranged in a theater style layout for presentations.

　During this session, the One Stop Support Desk shared the latest trends and introduced initiatives promoted by the Tokyo Convention & Visitors Bureau.
Afterward, the layout was reconfigured into an oval table arrangement for a roundtable discussion under the theme "Honest Talk on Using Unique Venues."

　During the discussion session, participants shared real experiences on why they became Unique Venues, current challenges, and future ideas. Comments included "It's valuable to hear other venues' experiences firsthand" and "I gained fresh ideas."

　After a presentation by Tokyo JOYPOLIS, attendees enjoyed the attractions and experienced how a theme park can enhance events.

　For the networking session, the "Frame Café" on the third floor, accommodating up to 100 guests, was reserved exclusively for the event. Light refreshments and drinks were served, and the stunning night view of Tokyo's bayside added a special touch. the atmosphere was lively and engaging, with participants commenting, "An event incorporating attractions felt refreshing and naturally encouraged conversation."
