EVENT HISTORY

　On Tuesday, November 11, 2025, MICE NEXT STAGE in TOYOTA ARENA TOKYO - The 3rd Tokyo Waterfront City Showcase Program 2025 was held at TOYOTA ARENA TOKYO, a newly opened venue in the Aomi area of the Tokyo Waterfront City district. This event was held inside the multipurpose arena that serves as the home court for the B.League professional basketball team Alvark Tokyo.
　In addition to the main arena, the facility features a sub‑arena and outdoor sports areas, making it highly flexible for various events. The showcase provided a valuable opportunity to experience TOYOTA ARENA TOKYO's potential as a unique venue.

　Approximately 187 participants, including professionals from the travel and business‑events sectors, attended the showcase. The opening ceremony took place in the main arena, where guests experienced a dynamic visual production featuring Japan's first two‑tier ribbon board system combined with a large center-hung screen. The venue also demonstrated impressive effects using state‑of‑the‑art video, audio, and lighting technology.

　Afterward, a guided tour of the facility was conducted, during which participants visited hospitality spaces such as the JAPAN AIRLINES TERRACE SUITE themed around Tokyo's night views, traditional downtown culture, and pop culture. The program then continued in the Players' Lounge-an area where, on game days, guests can watch players enter and exit the court at close range. Here, participants enjoyed socializing while sampling dishes from the live kitchen and hotel‑quality cuisine.

　In addition, panel displays featuring hotels, conference venues, and other event facilities in the Tokyo Waterfront area were set up near the networking space, allowing participants to gain a comprehensive understanding of the entire district as a business event destination.
