The observatory located atop the Sunshine 60 Building, a landmark in Ikebukuro, has made a renewal opening as Tenbou-Park in 2023. The spacious Event Space in the building is available for parties. Why not enjoy the good times at the “park in the sky” with a panoramic view of Tokyo?
